Rent includes:

- changing of sheets (1 x each week)
- final cleaning
- costs of servicing the
swimmingpool and maintenance of the garden

use of a complete baby set (child bed, chair etc.)
Terms
1. Conditions of payment
- Payment in euros by bank transfer to:

- 30% of the total amount should be paid when reserving
- the remaining 70% of the total amount AND the guarantee (200 euros) need to be paid within 6 weeks before your stay in the vila
2. Cancelation
on your
part, you owe the following cancelation costs
:
- untill 6 weeks before the day of arrival
30% of the total rent
- cancelation as from the 6th till the 4th week before the day of arrival
60% of the total rent
- cancelation as from 4 weeks before the day of arrival
the total rent
We would like to advise you to effect a good travel and cancelation insurance.
3. Guarantee
With payment of the last term, you will be
asked to pay a quarantee of 200 euros. If no
damage is done, this money will be refunded at the end
of your stay at Casa Jachmaar. However, if there might be any damage, this
will be settled with the cost of replacement.
4. Responsibility
The
landlord takes no liability for any possible accident
caused by any circumstances whatsoever
during your stay in Casa Jachmaar.
5. Reservation
After having submitted
your reservation form, your booking is final. You will
receive a confirmation and a comprehensive guide to the
Algarve
With your
booking, reservation and payment, you agree to the mentioned terms above.
